The complete first two series of the BBC comedy anthology starring Dawn French. Created by Paul Smith, each episode of the show tells a self-contained story, with French playing a different character in each one. The satirical target of the show was the murder mystery genre, with the storyline often revolving around a bizarre crime. French's co-stars in the series include Emma Amos, Amanda Donohoe, Lucy Benjamin and Ray Winstone. Good in small doses. production quality lacking at times. Some good plots were spoilt with overacting or self centered acting from some guest cast members. A Good fall partner is needed to give it a bit more bite.
