I thought this was a really good film despite the Abba soundtrack, and the sheer girlyness of it all.
It has some brilliantly funny moments together with some really sad bits. Her family is an utter nightmare, and she is trapped in a seemingly hopeless situation, until she does something crazy which changes her life.
If this film had been made by Americans its would probably had been terrible, but the Aussie's bring a down to earth 'realness' to ths film, which helps you really connect with the characters.
Excellent film.
