    Slow Start

The 3rd series does start off slowly but definately improves as it goes on, was dissappointed in the DVD skipping regularly but that isnt the shows problem!! lol

Would love to see a feature length episode one day

    Yes it's still got it

Pretty good for Season 3, Joy keeps getting better and better and is still the best thing on the show, but Earl and Randy are just as endearing.

The funniest thing out there right now

Another season of pitfalls for Earl trying to redeem his Karma starts with an hilarious term of jail and just gets wackier and wackier. If you though this series might go off the boil you would be so wrong, this is one of the funniest things on the small screen right now. Definately a must watch - beat the blues rent Earl.

    Starting to cool down

Whilst I am a big fan of Earl and season 1 and 2 make great viewing, but this one is starting to fade. I am 10 episodes in and moving the action to the jail is a great way to keep the basic storyline going but it does not have the same impact as the previous seasons. I only hope it improves from the 6/10 I would give it so far.

    They've done it again..

I absolutely adore this TV show, it's just so nice and easy to watch, lovely mad cap characters. It's still going strong in the 3rd series and has not lost one ounce of spark!! Still as funny and silly as hell...

This season see Earl in Prison after the last series..and what happens inside.

I'm SO glad there's a fourth season airing in the U.S Can't wait to get my hands on it. It's fast becoming my favourite show and I don't think it gets enough credit!

    Still fun

The third series starts with an interesting development in Earl's character. Having been sentenced to two years imprisonment for Joy's crime the first third of the series is based around Earl's adjustment and continuing quest to make up for his mistakes.

However, after prison things start to cover old ground. While the comedy is still good it does feel like your back at the beginning once the series concludes. I'm starting to think they won;t have more then a coupld of more series left to screen.

That said I'm hoping for good things in the fourth series.
