The first two Naked Guns were comedy classics, but this third instalment is only very, very funny. Leslie Nielsen and the team return for another endearingly silly, gag-filled spoof in which house-husband Frank Drebin comes out of retirement to pursue a lethal bomber. Although it trades a little too casually on the jokes and slapstick of the first two, Nielsen delivers another wonderfully deadpan performance, and there are a host of neat cameos (Pia Zadora, Fred Ward). The best bit? Frank wreaking havoc at the Oscars.

I rented Naked Gun 33 1/3 as I had seen the other two and wanted to see if the final installment was anything like its predecessor.
I was delighted with this movie and there were laughs to be had at every opportunity. In other words, there were no dull moments in this film.
I would recommend fans of spoof/farse movies rent this film, especially those that have already seen Naked Gun 1 and 2 1/2.
This movie carries on from the previous two movies and so you will understand it better if you watch the other movies before this one.
All the three films are very funny, cassical films worth a watch.
