  • An Entertaining Journey

    Rated - 4.0 stars
By TheKeeper (30 reviews) from Newmarket , 22 May 2008
This film tells the story of a woman who inadvertantly witnesses a shooting and then is pursued fairly relentlessly by the Killers on a thrilling train journey.

Hackmann and Archer carry off their roles really well and there's a couple of nice twists and 'didn't see coming' shocks that will thoroughly entertain you.

Narrow Margin starts off as being A woman secretly witnessing the murder of her blind date for the evening by a top Mafia boss. Then the action begins and it is truly fantastic. Worth watching, Gene Hackman was great..

  • Quality edge of your seat thriller

    Rated - 4.0 stars
By Mark Knight from Grimsby, England , 13 Apr 2006
This film belts along at a cracking pace. after the initial character set up you are drawn to the edge of you seat by the constant momentum. This is before every stunt started to incorporate CGI and it shows. Action is slick, gritty, well directed and perfectly excecuted. Prior to this viewing i had never seen this film in widescreen and it look great. The canadian mountains are a constant backdrop or edge filler which is sadly cut from view in tv fullscreen versions. The music, by Bruce Braughton, is excellent and ramps up the tention with its air of ominence.
