By iproposterous (59 reviews) from Scotland, UK , 04 May 2012Poor acting, unrealistic scenes and a lousy script. At least movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark and Oceans Thirteen had some decent actors, half realistic scripts and a little bit of humour to balance things out.
This movie had nothing down for it.- Was this review helpful to you?

better than the 1st but ...
By cheesekake (1277 reviews) from uk , 06 Apr 2012this film was defo better than the 1st, with more action, and more good effects, but its just that cage is one of the actors you either love or hate, and I detest the man, and if this film had another leading actor I would've probably enjoyd it, but I'm just couldnt cause he was in it- Was this review helpful to you?

Worth its weight in gold!
By Scream (10 reviews) from Lancashire , 23 Sep 2011I loved every minute of this new National Treasure adventure and am hoping there will be another one soon. A great family film for anyone of any age (parental guidance still required).
For the history buff or like me, Indiana Jones/mystery/ treasure film fanatic - this film is worth its weight in gold. Nicholas Cage is not loved by everyone and despite other people commenting that he is not believable as a professor, he doesn't really play to role of professor anywhere beyond Indiana Jones. Don't get me wrong - it isn't anywhere close to any of those films, but it is still a great film with secret passages, treasure hunting, historic maps etc and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!- Was this review helpful to you?
