Pro Street... Where's the Street???!!
By a customer from Hampshire , 10 Jan 2008[Highly rated reviewer]
This game is disappointing. NFS Carbon is much better!
The franchise has always been about street racing, running from the cops, avoiding traffic etc. Track racing really is limiting to the games playability, and gets boring quite quickly.
On a good note, the controls are good, uncomplicated and easy to pick up.- Was this review helpful to you?

Very Disappointing - no street, just dust
By love-hate (1 review) , 04 Jun 2011Expecting something alot better - very disappointing
Grpahics were good but not great, there is no 'street'
just tireless laps of a dusty circuit.
The controls are fairly bad and confusing even for someone who has played alot of racing games!
A basic racing game.- Was this review helpful to you?

Need For Speed Pro Street
By a customer from Northallerton , 12 Aug 2009I've played the PS2 version of this game, and the Wii version is pretty much the same - but the controls do take some getting used to.
This differs from other NFS speed games in that the action all takes place on tracks rather than on the streets. It makes the game different to others in the series (like Carbon and Undercover), but changes the game from what you might expect.
I would definitely rent the game again, and would perhaps consider buying it, if there wasn't a new game in the series coming out soon.- Was this review helpful to you?
