Marvel Comics adaptation Iron Man has continued its blockbusting ways by holding on the top spot at the UK box office and becoming the highest-grossing film on the chart, new figures from Nielsen show. Comic book action adventure Iron Man has smashed through the $100 million (£50 million) barrier at the US box office on its opening weekend, according to the latest figures from the boffins at Nielsen. Baby Mama, the new comedy starring former Saturday Night Live pair Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, has shot to the top of the US box office, according to the latest figures from Nielsen.
