    Dean Cain's uphill struggle to prove there's life after The New Adventures of Superman continues with this meandering crime story. The trouble begins with the storyline, as businessman Cain is mistaken for his drug-thieving brother by Eric Roberts's sadistic crime boss, who sends Lexa Doig off to entrap the poor sap. Cain manages a couple more expressions than Roberts, whose face is fixed in a malevolent scowl throughout, but neither lead looks particularly convinced by Bruce Pitman's mediocre direction — no wonder the film's original title was The Unconcerned.
