I remember seeing this series when they came out originally.
The sit-com series portrays a family whose late teenage- early twenty something family of two boys and two girls have flown the nest. This is commented on by the father early in the first episode but by the end of the episode, the family have returned to cause havoc and amusing escapades that often involve the two next door neighbours.. the father's best pal and drinking companion and his rather eccentric wife.
It is not so much side-splittingly funny as to give you a belly laugh but it is entertaining and to anyone who has had the experience of bringing up a family through the teenage years it is so true to life.
Try it and see for yourself
good old english fun, even the children enjoyed
