Interesting and entertainingBy a customer from N Ireland , 30 Jan 2008
[Highly rated reviewer]I find this series to be interesting and entertaining. Vol 2 came with two discs but they both had the same episodes. The only difference was that the second disc had Trailers where as the first one did not. As this series concerns different time space dimensions, having two discs apparently the same but slightly different sums up the concept of this series.
a lil confusedBy listjap (2 reviews) , 16 Jan 2013i have found vol 2 disc is described to have 5 episodes but as you play the disc it only has the 4 episodes on it i don't know if i'm missing something here or if it just the way it is but yeah other than that this series is great and i agree vol 1 is very confusing but once you follow the anime it starts to make a lot more sense and is a great series i too recommend watching it.
A huge improvement on volume 1.By H0LLIE (198 reviews) from UK , 14 Sep 2010This is a review of the full series, which over all I rate 4 and a half stars. There are no spoilers regarding future episodes in this review. I have to admit that I sat bored through the first volume. Though beautifully coloured I found the simplistic animation extremely tedious and the plot highly confusing. However volume 2 brought with it a much deeper character development, the story began to tidy itself up a bit and understanding began to dawn on me. By volume 3 I loved the animation, the simple style perfectly contradicts the complexity of the plot and the 3D moments are seamlessly integrated into the 2D. By volumes 4 and 5 I was completely addicted. This isn't really as complicated as it initially appears, if you pay attention things are generally very easy to follow. The few annoying voices amongst the cast are easy enough to tolerate and actually become likeable long before the end. This is definately a series I would recommend, but you may find the 1st volume a bit of a task to sit through. But personally I think Noein is worth the effort of concentration required at the beginning.
:DBy Navea (2 reviews) from Machynlleth , 25 Apr 2008I like this Anime these epesodes are better than the ones on disc one...but getting 2 baffled me somewhat...and i was unsure why they would bother....there should be some kind of system for those who want the extras to request it...i dont normally watch the extras unless im REALLY bored...and im usually hurrying to watch it so i can send it back and get the next one. :P
All in all Noein is an awesome series and i cant wait to see what happens next... :D
