The Noose or the Silk Noose, was Carole Landis last movie before she died in 1948. it is a film noir, and I think it has all the ingredients to be called so. Murders, attempted murders, sleazy characters, suspense and glamour provided by Landis. It is a movie I always wanted to see and I am pleased I did because it did show Miss Landis vivacious personality and all her charm and beauty.
