Well...what have we here? A fantastic idea ruined by poor quality control. This is a great game for a night in with a few friends (and more than a few drinks I would imagine): good range of questions, nostalgia-inducing video clips, even Mark Goodier's (smarm, smarm) tutorials are not too painful to watch.
Such a shame that the load times between screens are absolutely astonishingly long. We tried all three game variations on the disc, and I'm afraid the agonisingly long pauses in between each and every screen completely killed the mood. Did no-one spot this in the testing stage? As I said before, such a shame to see a great idea ruined.
Could have been four stars, maybe even five....take note, producers.
Dont waste a rental on this rubbish, if you are over twenty five you'll find the questions super easy, and the process slow.
this is superbly presented and the questions linked with photos, intros and videos are very good, but it is so slow you will lose interest very quickly, shame, could have been excellent.

within a few questions the dvd started repeating questions, definately not good when you think about the amount of information that is stored on a dvd.this would be ok when you have freinds round for a drink or for a family night in

What a pity it was let down by only 1 Catagory for the 60's/70's (surely made for the younger person than the family in my opinion)
Overall though,The question load pretty quickly and there plenty of them so as not to repeat too often,Also contains music video clips.
Another little niggle was the pixelated pixels where you have to guess the pop star,Shows the full picture and then asks 'Where you right?' (heh-heh!, Who's going to click No??)
this has to be the slowest music quiz ever.glad i never bought it a x-mass.
good fun with mates, but quite slow when waiting for answers.
Not enough Multi media style questions. Video clips very poor quality. Some of the correct answers are marked as incorrect.
I was looking forward to this interactive DVD but it disappointed from the start. The questions and answers take an age to load, I got bored very quickly. The questions were well thought out for the different catagories. The only other problem is you do not get the instructions with it so it is a bit trial and error at first. I ran out of patience with the game and sent it back the same day as I received it. I would not recommend this DVD.
this is a fab game for all the music buffs in your family hours of fun to be had
had a really good laugh playing this, good game
