From the first look of this anime, I figured this was going to be a cute-comedy about a magical nurse. But it wasnt long until I realised this may be one of, if not, the most mad-cap, wackey, out-of-this-world animes out there. So much so, that it made me think that Excel Saga (Which is more then insane) seemed fairly normal.

The story follows Kagumi, a Cosplay Idol who doubles as the Magical Nurse Witch, tasked with getting rid of the alien viruses that have fled to earth. Unknown to Kogumi, her best friend Koyori has become a virus purveyour, doing what she can to spread the viruses all over the world.

While the first episode is a little madcap, but still somewhat reserved, the second episode really starts things off. One minute Kogumi and Koyori are preparing to fight, the next they are competing for who can do a better pose, all before a building is transformed into a huge mech! I wont even mention what Kogumi does in order to defeat Koyori.

This is definatly an 'out-there' anime and certainly one of those where its best to leave your brain at the door, as there are so many things you may never understand. So just sit back and enjoy if you even need something to give you a good laugh!

Right now, you can call me Mr 'Dissapointed with Love Films poor service' Getting sick and tired of every other Blu-Ray disc not working because whoever works for the company wont put in the time to check that discs are being kept in good condition. Better yet when 'send another copy of this disc' seems to mean 'send the next one in the series, so that I have no idea whats going on because you wont send me another copy of disc 1' Updated 10/5/2011 Well, you can now add completely deleting rentals from the list. Heres a good idea, if you offer someone a free rental, dont spend a week NOT sorting out a title for them, before removing the 'free rental' entirely!
