The movie mogul behind the Ocean's Eleven film franchise is seeking a restraining order against his former assistant - alleging the man is a danger to his family. Jerry Weintraub, a film producer and former boss of the United Artists studio, has filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court with his estranged wife Jane, claiming the man, named only as Steven, was fired amid allegations he stole £28,000 in cash to support a "gambling and drug habit." Brad Pitt has ruled out a career in directing - because he's convinced his obsessive attention to detail would drive him mad. The Ocean's Eleven star has enjoyed an acting career spanning two decades and is convinced he will always stay in front of the camera. He tells OK! magazine, "To be a director you have to be a real perfectionist. I would get mad. I'd rather build houses.
