  • Look up the word caper in a dictionary and you'll find that it's a prickly shrub or a frolicsome leap, a romp or gambol; a carefree escapade. If your dictionary is not too stuffy, it... read more »

Why was this made? I'm yet to find a reason.

Cast your mind back to the end of Oceans Eleven. George Clooney and his friends win, bad guy loses, audience happy. Why mess with the status quo?

Ego trip 12 sees bad guy demanding money back from good guys (for no discernable reason), otherwise good guys end up killed. Throw in random plot twists, scenes that can only be explained through an act of god and what are we left with?

    That's right, an incomprehensible mess.

Yes, the cast look like their having fun prancing their way through Europe. Great, but do it on your own time and money, not my hard earned.

Bottom line is this film didn't need to be made. The cast of A-listers don't need the cash, the story doesn't need continuing, and I don't need two hours of my life wasted. Hopefully this will be the end of the franchise, I'd hate to see the original further desecrated by Oceans Thirteen. Avoid.

The latest film catches up with Danny Ocean (George Clooney) and his crew of con men,... Read more
