Feeble attempt to combine a spy thriller with horror; the cast compensate for its cheapness by over-acting.
This is the worst film i have ever seen, but i would watch it again!! why?? because its actually amusing, and i'm not saying it tongue in cheek i think i would watch it again for a laugh because honestly the acting and special effects are so shambolic you are glued to the screen with utter disbelief. If you cant be bothered to watch it all the way through skip to the final 15 minutes, it is absolutely comical. Let me just give you an example of what i mean and this a little taster there is much worse stuff than this:
In a couple of scenes we see the monsterous octopus's tentacles wrap round a tiny little humans waistline and pull him in and in another scene we see the same monsterous tentacles grab hold of a luxury cruise liner and virtually push it over, go figure??
Anyway i say go and watch it, i know i gave it a 1 star but thats because you certainly cant describe it as a suspense movie but for stupidity and comedy its pretty good.

In The Spirit, Jackson would be playing the part of The Octopus, a shy lab assistant who tries to kill anyone who catches a glimpse of his face. As for the role of... Read more
