As a BMW driver waits at a stoplight in Hollywood, a scruffy vagrant shuffles over and begins to clean his windscreen. The driver prepares to hand over some change when the vagrant inexplicably shoots him in the face. The police recognise the victim as a member of LA's drug dealing fraternity.
