Worth a watch!
A feelgood type of movie, it manages to be funny and sad at the same time. Saw it at the Cinema last week and had quite a few out-loud laughs, as did various other watchers. Being from about 12 miles away from Glasgow, some of the settings for the film were familiar to us.

Good, solid movie
This is one of those easily overlooked Britflicks. The story of a guy laid off from the shipyards who decides to swim the channel. The swim is a metaphor for all sorts of things, and there is a lot about relationships in this movie. If you're after shallow action, don't bother, but it you like positive stories, you'll love this.
