Disc 2 Margaret,Victor and Mrs Warboys go on holiday to the Algarve with many hilarious events especially when Victor attracts the attention of lots of amorous donkeys.
Delightful guest appearance from Peter Cooke whose comic genius is 'the icing on the cake' LOVED IT
Wow does this man moan about things that are worth moaning about. He should be prime minister. This is awsome viewing and full of laughs as well.
Just why do they call them the golden years, this is becoming a much loved series here.

This is a classic slice of Victor on Holiday. I remembered this from when it first showed on TV. I loved it then and still do, it's well worth a watch!
To be fair, its aged more and looks a little more dated than Victor normally does but it's a classic. A great way to spend 90 minutes infront of the TV!
Disc 1. Whether he's bedding down with octogenarians, concreting cruel nursing home staff in open fields, or up to his neck in earth in his own back garden, you can rely on Victor for mountains of mirth laced with the ocasional poignant passages as thought-provoking antidotes. Another gem, if you're a Meldrew fan you won't be disappointed (unless you're Mrs Warboys of course !!!!)
this is the most funny dvd that i have ever seen. i would recomend it to anyone who enjoys a good laugh
A fantastic series, deftly written and beautifully performed. I love the surreal nature of this show and it defo deserves to be one of the best sitcoms of all time!
How can you watch this and not laugh your socks off. Some of the antics are so funny they are unbelievable.
Of course everyone knows about Mr Meldrew the crotchety pensioner, I live in a street full of them but they are not half as funny.
I sat up to the early hours to watch every episode of this disc as I was HOOKED on it... I watched one episode twice where he gets into bed with the old lady , absolutely priceless. The script writer is a genius and has an eye for human behaviour.
