Francis Ford Coppola has hit back at claims that he recently suggested that some of Hollywood's biggest stars had lost their passion for filmmaking. Speaking at the Rome Film Festival, where his latest feature Youth Without Youth has premiered to mixed reactions, the Oscar-winning director said that he was "astonished" that his remarks had been taken out of context.
