The law of diminishing returns is never more evident than in this third outing for the anti-terrorist Delta Force team. On this occasion, the target for the gung-ho heroes is a drugs lord, whose response to their attentions is to hijack a submarine full of chemical weapons and direct it at New York. At least the first in the series contained the relatively recognisable face of the Lawnmower Man's Jeff Fahey, but here the only person of note — for trivia buffs — is ex-Mrs Jean-Claude Van Damme, Darcy LaPier. Noisy and very, very familiar.
An action film reduced to its bare essentials: characterisation is minimal, dialogue is no more than shouted commands and the occasional grunt through clenched teeth, and the narrative is one long gun-battle, during which the enemy body count is high, and
This has got to be the worst film I have ecer watched. The acting is better suited to a soap on the television.
Nothing good to say about this one. Didn't even finish it. Your star box doesnt allow for NO stars so gave it one but doesnt deserve even that.
