Awesome film!!By FrasBlade (56 reviews) from Hemel Hempstead , 19 Sep 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]Friends and I settled down for a movie night and we have seen quite a few zombie films over the last few months but this was on the highlights of them. It had a reasonable story and plot which were totally complimented by excellent action!!! Seeing undead nazi stormtroopers bashing peoples skulls in with stick grenades was awesome!!! And seeing our heroes desperately fighting them off was great, the night sequences with tracer fire all superb to boot!!! I was willing the good guys on throughout the film and really wanted them to stop the nazi menance and it kept us all glued to the screen eagerily anticipating the next scene and plot twist. Totally excellent!!!

Super natural soldier shenanigans!By Rockinroy (50 reviews) from Milton Keynes , 11 Dec 2013This movie builds nicely on the first film and will have great appeal for those like me who enjoy some supernatural soldier shenanigans not too far from Hellboy. It is not what you would say 'creepy' but certainly is sinister and tense. Some neat tricks and ploys to keep you guessing and all in all very well made considering the budget they likely had. Lots of violence and gore, profanity but no nudity etc. The Blu-ray has a nice making of feature but there is no commentary. Looking forward to the next sequel!

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideSlightly better than the first movie simply because Richard Coyle was in it. Instead of a merc team we now have a special ops team so not much change there. I liked the fact that more background story was delivered but please why the rip-off of Raiders Of The Lost Ark at the end? It was like they had run out of ideas. Expect a third movie!!!
Pretty good film if you like zombies and NazisBy a customer , 15 Oct 2013I enjoyed Outpost 2. It was not quite as good as the first film but it was still well worth watching. It focused a bit more on action than on horror and tension of the first film.
The acting was fairly good and the special effects worked well.
The ending was a bit deus ex machine, for my tastes, but none the less I enjoyed the film and would recommend it.
First one was better?By Algie (10 reviews) from Winchester , 15 Jul 2013Surprised so many people say the first one was better, because I thought the first one was utter tripe. This one was just about OK, nothing more though.
Meh, could've been betterBy a customer , 17 Jun 2013I really liked the original, and the first part of the Outpost II.. However, the story kind of trips over and falls on its face at some point and doesn't really recover (it's inconsistent and a bit meaningless). Which is a disappointment because the setting was interesting and I like the cheapo zombie action. Instead of building on a fairly good ideas of Outpost 1, I feel that the second part has driven it into the ground (please mind the bad pun).
