This is a workout with a difference. It takes a couple of workouts to really get the hang of the moves but you can really feel your body becoming more toned, but more importantly with the great music and dance moves you feel as though you're just dancing. The dancers on this DVD have you fooled into thinking you're enjoying yourself - and you are. Whether you want to tone your body, or even just to dance away the days stresses I recommend this DVD to anyone who enjoys a dance - even if you're starting out with two left feet!!

ok if you've done dance before and good at picking things up quickly then this dvd is quite easy! each section was fairly short which i think was good but the whole thing was made off putting by the bad camera angels (zooming in on certain body parts) and the dancers being out of time - all in all ok xx

  • Geat tunes and good for a dance

I expected this workout to be in the same vein as the fantastic Pump it Up workouts, but it wasn't. I actually quite liked the instructor, but I felt that they'd filmed the workout and then fitted the tunes to it later as they didn't seem to be in time, and, considering they're professional dancers, they shouldn't miss a beat!

Overall, I had fun, and quite enjoyed bopping about, and managed it twice before sending it back. If you need a serious workout, get Pump it Up. If you are a beginner, then this is fine.

Set in Pacha, Ibiza you are taken through an impromptu dance workout, yes be prepared this instructor does seem to make it up as she goes along!!!!!

If you want to drive your car and hitch hike your away across your living room this will be right up your street.

The sound track is ok - not as good as Ministry of Sound but it does grow on you.

Here's the thing if you have a sense of humour and you are prepared to have a good laugh you can really get into this. It has the effect of really getting you to let go which is kind of liberating!

Not my favourite but it is quite good in a weird way! + the extra footage will make you want to book a holiday.
