    Beautiful animation wacky story.

Being a big fan of Studio Ghibli films I was looking forward to Paprika as I was expecting a similar viewing experience. I wasn't disappointed. The film looks beautiful and the animation is high quality mix of 2d and 3d (the 3d stuff is designed to blend in unnoticeably - so you shouldn't notice it unless you're looking for it!). The story is your typical wacky Japanese animation storyline so don't expect to care much about the plot or try to make too much sense of it. Just sit back and enjoy being washed over by some great visual treats and zany characters. As with all of these type of films I ALWAYS find them much more enjoyable when watching with Japanese audio and English subtitles. I feel you get closer to the real experience and don't have to suffer annoying american voice-over artists getting the timing/inflection wrong all the time! Enjoy.

    What?

No idea what this is, sorry. None of us could stay awake during it, despite many tries and a die-hard Manga fan tried too. I have no idea what you have to do to 'get' this film. Good Luck.
