    Enjoyable Viewing

After only seeing bits of the concert on TV, it was a pleasant 3 hour concert to watch during daytime hours instead of watching the repeat programmes on SKY, now considering purchasing my own copy after viewing the rental G.

    Who's who in music

I was on a caravanning holiday when the concert was first on so I didnt get to see most of the concert. It's nice to watch it on dvd and be able to skip the performers you don't like instead of sitting through it :) Only problem is the menu is really hard to read. The fonts were small and gold and the background was very white. I have to press randomly to get it started!

Would have had 5 stars but

I agree with the other reviews about the concert. Not all are 'my cup of tea' but otherwise 10 out of 10 to the acts and camera work. The BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was the firework display. It was a momentous feature of the original event. It could have been classed as an event by itself. BUT the coverage supplied on the DVD is diabolicaly limited ! I had seriously thought about buying the disc (glad I never got round to buying it), but NO WAY would I buy it now. Next time I want it I will just rent it again. I am most discussded that the BBC could give such a good coverage on TV, then with there DVD give such poor coverage.

    Excelant

If you discount a couple of today's so called stars, this is a brilliant concert, but at least it kept my Daughters interested who also enjoyed the legends such as Macca, Clapton, Elton, Cliff, Ray Davis, Joe Cocker who still sings With a little help from my freinds excelant, Queen's contribution is also well worth seeing. If it wasn't for the new stars I would give this 5 stars.

One of the best concerts you'll ever see

This will probably prove to be the party of the 21st century. There were some excellent musicians on show. You'll see Bryan May, Bryan Adams and a lot more. There were some naff ones though like S Club 7. I wouldn't invite S Club 7 to the zoo (they'd probably be mistaken for chimpanzees).

    Good but..

Found myself skipping "acts" only rent if you want to see classics as, Paul Mc, ozzy, Queen, Phil collins on drums a true legend.. (how many acts now play there own music?)

    Great Show

Liked most of the tracks on this, great show to run on a boozy Saturday night, or even a hung-over Sunday morning.
