As the director died while making Passenger and the film is made up of what was filmed, up to this point, you are left dangleing a little at the end. However, that doesn't take away any of the intensity of the story.
It shows how power corrupts and the way human beings, who are guilty can lie to themselves, I suppose as a form of self preservation.
