Dont knock it until you've tried it!By john murray from Belfast , 05 Aug 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]I'm not one for listening to reviews too much, however I thought it was only fair to balance some of the not so positive comments made on this film.
This is a thriller, not a classic, but one that offers a unique storyline which carries through to the end. The only reason I wouldnt give it the full 5 stars is just because some of the action scenes are set up in a way that are at times perdictable. This is the only downside and not a very big reason not to watch it, so get it out and enjoy it for what it is, a well thought out action packed movie that makes you think. If you liked Minority Report, you will like this.

Far-fetched but entertainingBy a customer from Nottingham , 10 Apr 2010A pacy thriller with brilliant special effects, Affleck is superb. Far-fetched and one or two cringe-worthy moments about saving mankind from his own future, but a really good action film to keep you entertained from start to finish.
FantasticBy MarkHallgate (5 reviews) from Long Sutton, Spalding , 06 Feb 2010If there was a six star option this would get it.
If you like Bladerunner then you will most likely enjoy this too.
PaycheckBy Tebbo (2 reviews) from Woodhall Spa , 11 Oct 2009If you've seen Minority Report then you've seen this, only this is no where near as good. Predictable from start to finish.

Cr@pBy BigMeUp (283 reviews) from Midlands, UK , 16 May 2009It's just that simple. No, when someone comes into a restaurant and bashes another person over the head, you *don't* look out of the window. You watch the `action`. No, you can't twist out of the way of a bullet fired from a high-powered rifle. And no, the clue that led to the last discovery wouldn't work in real life. Even Robert Langdon would have been stumped. And finally, if you're overweight and obviously out of shape, you can't beat up a dozen professional `heavies` just because you've been twirling a stick around on your days off. This is a stupid movie. Watch it if you want - but don't say I didn't warn you.
