(2)an unexpected delight
By si81 (44 reviews) from Lancaster , 06 Mar 2007A powerful, evocative and yet understated film about a quite, non-descript town and the lives played out there. Well acted with passion and chemistry, believable to the extreme. Each character was flawed and complicated, but more than that, also essentially human. As a mechanism for reminding viewers of the importance of taking risks, the inevitable encroachment of responsibilty and change on youth forwarns how the people we will become inevitably betray who we presently are.
