  Gavin & Stacey, Peep Show and First Class Scamp Harry Hill were among the big winners at last night's British Academy Television Awards in London. BBC Three comedy Gavin & Stacey took home two gongs - Best Comedy Performance for James Corden and the Audience Choice award, a category that also included light entertainment heavyweights Strictly Come Dancing and Britain's Got Talent.   Period drama Cranford, which stars Oscar winner Dame Judi Dench, dominates the field in the nominations for this year's British Academy of Film and Television Arts (Bafta) TV awards.
