very mild, but good practice.

I quite liked this dvd. I expected an intensive yoga practice, but this one is quite soft and therefore good for beginners. Some of the postures I even do now outside of my regular yoga practice as they are quite good.

By a customer from Prana , 18 Jan 2007Well I didn't know that Penny Smith was a breakfast TV presenter and not a Yoga teacher. Quite why she needs to be on this DVD at all, I can't imagine. Not much in the way of tradition here, just Penny looking rather pleased with herself as she strikes a pose.
