one for David Lynch fans

The story seems straightforward enough with a girl in a pop trio deciding to leave behind the music world to make it as an actress, suddenly the group she left suddenly start having more success, to get away from her goody image she asked to do more outre scenes and suddenly she seems to lose her grasp of reality and you are not sure what is happening, has happened or yet to happen. Plus several people who have taken advantage of her are being killed. Frankly I lost the threads of the plot myself at times but it more or less holds together. I agree with one of the other reviewers that there is very little in the movie that needs to be animated and it could have worked just as well as live action.
