You really have to be a Northerner to truly appreciate the Peter Kay style. Max and Paddy just sum up your typical Northern bouncers. Hilarious - for fans of proper comedy. Not for fans of this 'League of Gentlemen' style weird comedy though.
Peter Kay's finest hour - If you've ever been involved with Working Mens Clubs in any way, this series will trigger off many happy memories. The experience is enhanced by listening to the commentary which points out many missed gags and subtle comedy in these hilarious snaps of working class life.
