Pick up the phone and call someone, rather than watch this!By gingerspike (432 reviews) from Grimsby , 23 Aug 2012Beig a fan of Korean films, especially Korean horrors, I thought this would be far better than it was. Not original, it brings nothing new to the table, and as such it was rather a dull film, and certainly not scary whatsoever.
answer the phone at your perilBy juradino (815 reviews) from London , 21 Dec 2010Ghostly tale that could be seen as feminist. Past catches up with present. Two women become target of phone calls from beyond that lead to discovery of case of jealousy and murder involving man who put sex above other considerations in his dealing with them.
GoodBy jonny (210 reviews) from Norwich , 22 Nov 2009Good stuff in a controlled Korean type way. Enjoy.
A genuinely scary movieBy macdad (2 reviews) from Ilkley , 13 Jun 2009If you like edgy, 'The Ring' type suspense films see this movie.
Good performances and very well made with some great camera work and solid plot. The little girl is very creepy and obviously a very talented young actress.
The Asian horror scene was certainly onto something with the long dark hair over the face!...
waste of timeBy a customer from portsmouth , 10 Feb 2009it is most unusual for me to give up on a film, I will at the very least fast forward to see how it ends, but I had enough after 45 minutes and couldn't be bothered to fast forward.
I found this tedious, slow, confusing and not enjoyable at all. I really enjoyed the Asian originals of Ring ( and the sequels), The Grudge, The Eye, Dark Water, so Asian films with sub titles are no problem for me but this is just awful.
