A good abs workout with different variations on positions, the woman at the begining is a bit scary but don't let that put you off. A good abs workout, if you want a good result do pilates.....this comes from a fitness fanatic who has done crunches for years without this much of a result. Believe me from a normal human being it works try it.
An excellent workout for those of you who are extremely fit. If on the other hand you don't exercise much, or have never done pilates before, don't rent this just yet. Once you've built up your strength and flexibility, give this a go.
This will work but not for ABSolute beginners! Need to buy and use over time.

I thought I was competant at pilates, but not long into this workout I released that it has been rather a long time since I did these moves. It was quite tough and my stomach was killing me the following day. Also this was only around 25 minutes long so once I have a bit more core strength I might attempt this one again. I would definately not recommend this one to someone who is a beginner, it is just too hard.

Ok this was good, the quite moments are a bit annoying and some of the positions make it hard to see the screen. However you really feel the benefits from this straight away, even if you cant do it looking as good as them.
