Pilates - an advert for mineral water

This is just an advert for a mineral water company. The content and instruction is not good. Camera angles and general filming make the dynamics of each move unclear. I would not suggest this to anyone.

    Brilliant for posture correction

This DVD has become one of my fitness favourites. The best part is the pre-class intro about good posture. The teacher explains different types of bad posture and how to correct them. This she does really well - very practically and clearly - and shows how even a simple correction makes a huge difference. And though I've watched many fitness DVDs in the past, including some supposedly about posture, this is the first one I've come upon that deals with it properly. Now that I have started to correct my posture, exercise seems much more effective. The work-out section is perhaps too short, but the principles you learn can be carried over to other classes for great success. Yes, the DVD is cheap and dated, but if you're serious about looking after your body, that doesn't matter.
