If giant hair and wooden acting, not just from the dummy, are your thing, you'll love this movie.
It was also wicked to see Terry O'Quinn, Locke in Lost, as the voice throwing oppressive doc/dad ...
But, if you have something better to do with your life, then do it. There are a million better movies than this, Psycho for one, only watch it when you've watched everything else!
I watched this film years ago, after seeing the covering picture. I expected your basic slash horror, but it was something completely different. It is disturbing because it isn't as far fetched and over the top as most horrors, and is totally possible. If you prefer eerie, psycological horror to blood and guts this is definately worth a watch.
