MORE KILLER FISH, MORE FLESH, MORE BLOOD......AND THE HOFF!By MAVERICK (70 reviews) from Knottingley , 12 May 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]With Piranha 3DD as the title suggest you get what you pay for.
For those who complained that 2010's Piranha was nothing but trash then they won't think anything else of this, as it's even more trashy!
But for a film that never sets out to be anything else and has it's tongue pushed even further into it's bloody cheek this sequel is just as much gleeful fun. To say this sequel was originally intended to be a cheap driect to DVD / Blu Ray release would have done the film an injustice, as although it never sets it's sights on anything other than being a daft creature feature missing the sight of 'The Hoff' poking fun out of his macho/ self loving image and playing himself as he opens up a waterpark, dressed as Mitch from Bay Watch. Only to find his true calling in life as the hungry fish end up in the pool. For the sight of Hoff running in slow-mo to the Baywatch theme while bathers get munched only for the music to be cut short and Hoff declairing he's too old is worth the price of the ticket alone. This low budget sequel has more action and more laughs than the first, but with a tighter budget when the dinner bell is rung, the havoc is not quite as spectacular as the first film, but with some intentional brilliantly dumb lines the film is great fun.
The film will get mauled by stuffy critics, but for those who enjoyed the daftness of the 2010 movie should relish every minute and in comparison to 2011's shoddy Shark Night, Piranha 3DD tears chunks out of it.

GIVE IT A MISSBy dontwatch876 (2 reviews) , 19 Dec 2012I thought this was going to be a comedy! hence the title?? So it's a sequel really!? Listen really only watch this film if all broadcasts are down, you have no other dvd's to watch, and you xbox or playstation, or even if your smartphone isn't working... And even then get your **s of the sofa and hit the gym, this film is a serious waste of your time. and this is me being kind, and not going of on one, promise!
judgement reservedBy jossman (10 reviews) from Fareham , 17 Dec 2012Story line a bit cheesy and The Hoff still can't act. More like an 'am-dram' on speed with copious amount of blood & gore. It's saving grace, was the fact - that at least I could put my 3D t. v. to use.
worth a watchBy minipoohbear (3 reviews) , 12 Dec 2012Sadly i rather enjoyed this comedy horror rather à lot of boobies in it and must say found the hoff bits funny. Well worth watching for à laugh
superficial and mindless nudity on diplayBy ccampbell (12 reviews) , 11 Dec 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]absolutely ridiculous mmovie seriously only watch if there is nothing else to entertain you. nothing remotely good bout the film but if u want senseless script and lots of books and bottoms constantly on display then this is the movie for u!!!
No Brains required!By cbc (21 reviews) from Clevedon , 11 Dec 2012This movie really is as silly as it sounds and really nothing more than a T&A movie aimed at adolescent boys with one tracked minds. If your a male and enjoy looking at naked girls with fairly impressive chests, I am sure this movie will prove to be quite entertaining but with such a flimsy and completely predictable plot you really can leave your brains at the front door.
