Having already established himself as a talented (and bankable) actor, Clint Eastwood decided to turn his hand to directing. He chose this tense thriller as his debut.
Also taking the lead role, Eastwood plays Dave Garver, a small town jazz radio station DJ, who after sewing his fair share of seeds, realises that his latest one night stand won't take no for an answer when it comes to saying goodbye.
This is a well shot film and shows that Eastwood has a talent and competence that would lead in to his future directorial efforts. Along with a jazz soundtrack that hits all the right notes, you'll be wanting to play Misty again and again.
