    [Highly rated reviewer]

Currently playing through my own copy of Pokemon black and can safely say it's surpassed the previous titles and is certainly on par with the original 3. With the updated graphics and animations there is much more to enjoy than just the game play, I was facinated with how far the series has come since Pearl and Diamond.

The seasons feature is great as well, so long as you know what you're looking for in which season. Unfortunately though they have removed the catch up feature from this title, so if you're returning to the game after a while of inactivity you can forget what's recently happened in the games story.

Online features are pretty cool however you have to pain stakingly sign up to several websites before you can do anything.

After collecting a lot of Pokemon and reading up online about them I'm slightly disappointed with the new 150. Obviously nothing can beat the original 150 but it seems like they haven't even tried. The Pokemon designs are mostly ugly and sloppy as well as the fact there isn't a lot of Type variety, for examplen this game lacks a lot of Grass Pokemon.

All in all I think it's one to keep and definately better than Pearl and Diamond.

I'm a big fan of pokemon games i'm on the hunt for all of them this title is just another challenge for me to keep me going.

the game its self awesome love every part of it the new pokemon are exciting to have in my collection cant wait to finish and see what will happen after the pokemon league.

bad point about this game is all the old pokemon aren't there its a totally new game the only way i know so far to get them is by going to the pokemon web site and going to the dream world but its never great for getting the pokemon you loved and i'll bet you wont get the starter pokemon.

in all a great must have game
