Poor Cow review

Interesting to see this film again. It stands up very well on it's own, but if you've seen 'Cathy Come Home' (1966 BBC TV) you'll realise that this is Ken Loach attempting to recreate the success of that play on the big screen, albeit a different story, but using so many of the techniques that worked well on 'Cathy'.
I always enjoy watching this film, it doesn't conform to the usual style of movie making with some kind of definitive end. The enjoyment from this film is all in the journey and not the final destination.
