    SEMINAL BRITISH COMEDY

    I KNOW, I KNOW, IT'S NEVER OFF THE 'BOX' BUT THIS STUFF CAN BE WATCHED AND WATCHED. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, THE CAST (STEREOTYPES, I KNOW!!), THE WRITING, EVEN THE MURKY LIGHTING AND MUTED COLOUR OF THE SETS. COMEDY FROM A BYGONE AGE BUT NON THE WORSE FOR THAT, IF YOU CAN'T FIND THIS FUNNY, EVEN AFTER REPEATED 'REPEATS' YOU'D BETTER CHECK IF YOU'VE GOT A PULSE.

    The best porridge series by far

    This series is an absolute classic, the scripwriting is superb and the series is very funny. The other two series arent as strong as this one. Watch it now!
