In a future where the American economy has failed, Los Angeles is run by a group of rollerblading junior fascists known as the Rollerboys. Standing against them is Griffin (Corey Haim), a pizza delivery boy who used to be a friend of the Rollerboys' leader, Gary Lee (Christopher Collet). Patricia Arquette plays Haim's love interest, and the action scenes are sometimes exciting. As dark futures go, though, it's rather silly.
