In a future where the American economy has failed, Los Angeles is run by a group of rollerblading junior fascists known as the Rollerboys. Standing against them is Griffin (Corey Haim), a pizza delivery boy who used to be a friend of the Rollerboys' leader, Gary Lee (Christopher Collet). Patricia Arquette plays Haim's love interest, and the action scenes are sometimes exciting. As dark futures go, though, it's rather silly.

This is a classic 80s B-Movie.
Mediocre acting and awful script, but well-known faces make this a must see slice of forgettable cinema.
