Set in the not too distant future, L.A. is suffering the results of the USA's economic decline, with violence, drugs and gang-warfare sweeping the streets. This is a classic 80s B-Movie.
Mediocre acting and awful script, but well-known faces make this a must see slice of forgettable cinema.
Strictly for the die-hard nostalgic!
I must be only one of the few people who like this movie, which has a small cult following and a VERY good soundtrack. Went straight to video when it came out but i like to watch this every now and then.
It has its cheesy moments but otherwise an enjoyable movie.
