This is a very run-of-the-mill boy-meets-boy/coming out story greatly overextended into a dull, slow impressionist drama. The whole thing - plot, characterisation, dialogue - is badly underwritten, and it seems as if 2/3 of it consists of long, dreary silent mood shots. This could have been a French Edge of Seventeen (hardly the greatest coming-out film itself) but the whole thing is so cold and unsympathetic, and the timeline so confusing, you'll have a hard time making any kind of connection with it at all, which Edge of Seventeen at least managed. The acting does nothing to lift the piece, but Jeremie Elkaim does use his chiselled cheekbones to best effect. Not worth a rental.
