A gritty and emotional portrait of the New York City Police Department, the film follows a multi-generational police family whose moral code is tested when possible corruption splits the family. Ray Tierney (Edward Norton), one of two sons on the force, is asked by his father and Police Chief Francis (Jon Voight) to investigate an incendiary case involving his older brother (Noah Emmerich) and brother-in-law (Colin Farrell). On the surface it looks like a routine drug-bust gone terribly wrong, but as Ray digs deeper he starts to uncover details which will force the family to choose between their loyalties to one another and their loyalties to the department.

Quite Good.
I quite enjoyed this film containing some quite violent scenes mainly about crooked policemen not a great film but worth watching.
It's going to be another big, BIG year for movies, and box office wise, they won't come much bigger than Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, set for release 22 May.
