A battle of wills between highly capable female police investigator and the old boys network determined to keep female officers out of the senior ranks. Excellent performances in this 'well worth a watch' TV cop drama.
In these times of ever increasing sensitivity it is difficult to concieve of a time when life was like this. Goes to show how standards have chenged.
