Don't bother with this one - I loved the first film and thought this one would be similar.

It's not romantic or funny and the storyline is poor. I couldn't force myself to watch this the whole way through.

So the first film was good, the second film was ok..as had the same guy but no julia styles then third one different guy and same girl from 2nd film...lost all things about the story if you change the actors. and It was just a bad story anyway. Had to switch it off at some point, total waste of my time! and renting...way better things to rent. nothing like the first film or even the second

It all goes downhill after film 1...

I will watch most romances and can forgive a lot of flaws in films if they are at least somewhat funny and romantic- but this film appalled even ME. I got sucked into the story by film number 1, which actually wasn't bad, but it meant I really wanted to see how the story would develop. Film 2 is disappointing, but film 3 just takes the biscuit. It's AWFUL. However, most romance addicts' desire to know how a romance ends will override everything else, and I suppose I couldn't have stopped myself from watching films 2 and 3 even if I had known how awful they are. This review is meant to warn you to either not rent the series if you can't stop after the good film, or to not expect too much and then be disappointed. Definitely don't watch it with your husband or boyfriend, because they will never agree to watch another romantic comedy with you again and hold this film against you for a long time.
