Addictive as crack and probably as bad for you
By a customer , 29 Mar 2013[Highly rated reviewer]
This series is utter compelling and leads to a perpetual refrain of 'maybe just one more?'. As a result you will repeatedly go to bed much later than you should and your work performance will suffer. The cast is headed by the lovely but deeply untalented Wentworth Miller, who delivers all lines with a husky but uncertain intensity, as if unsure of their meaning. When commenting on the vagaries of prison life this works quite well, but as he uses the same cryptic tone when enquiring about the time or indeed making any general observation, one can only surmise that this represents the full extent of his acting range. Despite this, 9/10. Watch it.- Was this review helpful to you?
