Who'd have thought it? The spirit of an executed inmate brutally kills random prisoners and guards when the jail reopens etc etc
Unimaginatively directed and poorly acted (despite a cast including stalwart Lane Smith and a then up-and-coming Viggo Mortensen).
The special effects have dated badly and can't hide the fact that very little of the plot makes sense.
